I’m Nichola, originally from Newcastle, UK—a proud Geordie who's lived in Australia since 2001.

I’m 52, vibrant, energetic, and now full of life—you’ll find me running at the beach or practing yoga most mornings, with my passion for photography, soaking in the sunrise, feeling strong, aligned, and grounded.

But It wasn't always like this..

For years I suffered from high functioning anxiety, feeling too senstive -secretly masking it with the busy women syndrome and alcohol until burnout hit .

I'm a wife and Mum to teenage boys, (in their final years at school)

a Senior Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in acute care, mental health, addiction, Chronic and complex care.

I experienced burnout 5 years ago and turned my life around.

Now my passion is helping women turn their life back on track.

I’ve spent my career studying the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, and more recently the subconscious mind.

I'm trainined and profient in menopause, neuroscience, positive psychology, subconsious rewiring ,skilled coaching and holistic healing.

Supporting countless women reignite their spark, claim their energy and break free from cycles of stress, overwhelm, and burnout.

The Breaking Point.

Surrounded by uncertainty, hormones,

stress, grief and loss.

Burnout didn’t happen overnight—

it built up over time,

like pebbles stacking up until the

weight became too much to carry.

Every sleepless night, every moment of self-doubt.

In 2020, I had no idea I was juggling perimenopausal symptoms, on top of high-functioning anxiety, grief, gulit and the relentless pressure of nursing through a pandemic.

At the same time, my dad was palliative in the UK, and I was stuck in Australia, unable to be with him.

To cope, I ran half marathons weekly, drank wine most nights, and stayed as busy as possible.

On the outside, I looked like I was managing.

On the inside, I was unraveling

I was caught in a pattern I see in so many women:

High-functioning on the outside, completely dysregulated on the inside.

Yet, something in me knew there had to be another way. '

Without even realising it, I began intuitively soothing my nervous system.

The body always knows—it’s just waiting for us to listen.


Rebuilding From the Inside Out

I Knew I needed to change, to get control on my life and I couldn’t just rely on willpower—

I needed real tools and understanding.

Determined to understand what was happening, I immersed myself in learning.

I studied everything I could from a Diploma in Mental Health, becoming a yoga teacher, and diving into nervous system regulation, neuoscience, subconscious programming, and holistic healing

I learned to soothe stress, regulate my emotions, and build lasting resilience.

By tapping into my subconscious mind, I rewrote the stories keeping me stuck, creating an entirely new reality built on strength, vitality, and self-trust

Immersing myself in accredited coaching, menopause training, EFT, NLP, and advanced subconscious reprogramming techniques, to bridge the gap between science, subconscious healing, and holistic transformation.
